In case of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the secretariat office. The following charges will be deducted before refunding (to cover administrative costs):

Or on before 1st June 2005:	10% of the total
2nd June - 1st July, 2005:	50% of the total (symposium materials, e.g. Book of Abstracts,will be delivered by mail on applicant's request)
After 1st July 2005:	No refund (symposium materials delivered on applicant's request)
