1st March, 2005 if you wish to propose a paper for an oral or a poster presentation (remember to enclose its abstract), or if you wish to take advantage of the early registration fee;
1st May, 2005 if you wish to participate without contributing a paper or poster (and pay a higher registration fee). We regret that registrations or changes to registration details or abstracts cannot be accepted after the registration deadline of 1st May, 2005.

PART 10: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Confirmation Confirmation of your participation will be forwarded to you upon receipt of the completed Registration Form and payment confirmation by the Organiser. Please keep your confirmations for reference and bring it along for registration at the Symposium. Cancellations: We will accept only cancellations submitted to us in writing. Cancellation from participation in the Symposium will be accepted under the following conditions:
before 1st June, 2005:	a return of the registration fee reduced by 10% for costs
2nd June - 1st July, 2005:	a return of the registration fee reduced by 50% for administrative costs costs
Registration fee will not be refunded if the cancellation from Symposium participation is made after 1st July, 2005.
Final Terms and Conditions: The personal details included in this form will be placed in the Secretariat 4th Symposium for European Freshwater Biology database and will be exclusively used for purposes related to the Symposium. The Organisers reserve their right to make changes in this form.
